I have been uploading various pictures of food lately but it ain’t easy. Among all the food variants the world can offer, there is only one dish that stands out from the rest and can make me go insane… the addictive Korean instant noodles. So good, so irresistible. But let’s go through the nutritional label of it (per serving; excluding kimchi and other side dishes):
|Total Fat||9 g||Potassium||0 mg|
|Saturated||5 g||Total Carbs||41 g|
|Polyunsaturated||0 g||Dietary Fiber||1 g|
|Monounsaturated||0 g||Sugars||2 g|
|Trans||0 g||Protein||5 g|
*Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
Little did I know that 280 calories can be translated into one hour of walking or one hour of car washing, or 20-30 minutes of slow pace running on a treadmill, or 15 minutes of fast spinning, or two minutes of stair climbing according to some source. But the stats are for me and to the rest of 180-200 pounders, as burning of calories depend on weight.
To eat or not to eat. That is the question. Perhaps I should drink more water to satisfy hunger.
